We guarantee our own brand of products and customers can return the unused portion for a full refund, no questions
asked.
If a customer notifies us that they want to cancel a transaction before the package has been mailed out, we’re
happy to do it immediately. If the order has been mailed, we ask them to refuse the package when it arrives
and we will issue a refund when we get the package back.
If a package has been confiscated by a country’s customs department and the customer has been notified of this
and then tells us, we ask them to request that the product be returned and we will give them a refund either
way (if the product is being returned, we give a refund when we get it, if the customs department will not return
it, we give a refund anyway).
If a customer reports that a package has not been received and it is long past the time when it could have been
expected to arrive, we will reship the package one time after verifying the address. If the original address
was not correct due to the customer’s error, we will charge for the 2nd package and refund the first if it comes
back to us. If the original address was correct or an error was made at our end, we will reship (once only)
at no charge. |
