Terms and Conditions
GUARANTEE: We guarantee our own brand of products and you can return the unused portion for a refund of the product (not the shipping).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If a you want to cancel a transaction before the package has been mailed out, we are
happy to do it immediately. If the order has been shipped, we ask you to refuse the package when it arrives
and we will issue a refund for the price of the product (not for the shipping amount), when the package returns to us.
CUSTOMS: If your country’s customs department confiscates the package, please request them to return the
package to us. We will refund your full order amount when the package returns to us.
LOST SHIPMENTS: If your order does not arrive within two weeks of its expected delivery, please email us and
confirm your shipping address. If the original address was in error (your mistake) then we will reship it. We will
charge you for the second package and refund you for the product price (not the shipping) when the first package returns to us.
If the original address was not in error we will reship the order free of charge. We will do this one time.
Use our products only as directed.
