Shipping
Method | Unless you specify otherwise, we ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service's Priority
Air Mail, which is low cost for you and normally has very rapid delivery. You may also request
Express Mail, UPS or FedX, for overnight delivery. Contact us for exact pricing.
We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail International unless you request otherwise |
Duties and
Import Taxes | The shipping charges indicated above are for postage and handling only. You will be required
to pay any and all applicable import taxes and/or duties (VAT, etc.) which may be pertinent in
your country. This may require you to visit the post office or customs house to obtain your package.
Each country has a different policy. If you want to know the policy in your country, you will need to
contact someone in your customs office. |

Confirmation | Excluding holidays, we strive to process each order within one business day of receiving
it. |
| Australia | DHEA is not allowed into the country without a prescription or special
import license. Australia will only accept a maximum of 2 bottles of melatonin per person. Expect
delivery within 6-10 days. |
| Canada | DHEA, System Six, and Dr. Linus Pauling Multi-vitamins are not
allowed into the country. Canada will only accept a maximum of 1 bottle of melatonin per person,
per package. Expect 7-28 days delay due to processing in customs. |
| Japan | No product restrictions. Expect delivery within 4-10 days, depending upon processing in customs. |
| New Zealand |
Shipments of melatonin will be detained at Customs because it is unlicenced there. You can claim it back from Customs if you have a prescription
and letter from your doctor. The maximum allowed into the country is a 3-month supply.

| Europe |
| Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden | Neither DHEA nor Melatonin are allowed into these countries. Many other products
are considered prescription drugs and are also not allowed. |
| Germany | Neither DHEA nor Melatonin are allowed into the country, unless ordered by
and shipped to a pharmacy . |
| Great Britain | A maximum of six bottles of Melatonin and six bottles of DHEA is allowed. Other
products seem to have no restrictions. |
| Luxembourg | Melatonin is not allowed in the country |
| Italy | We have not been able to find any specific restrictions, but occasionally a package is refused
by customs. This appears to be random. Expect delivery within 2-4 weeks, due to slower postal system. |
| Netherlands | DHEA is not allowed into the country. |
| Other European Countries | A maximum of 2 bottles of Melatonin or DHEA per package is allowed. |
| Asia |
| No product restrictions that we know of. Expect delivery within 7-14 days, depending upon processing
in customs. |
| Mexico, Central America, South America |
| Expect delivery within 2-4 weeks, due to slower postal systems. |
| Middle East |
| Expect delivery within 2-4 weeks, due to slower postal systems. |
